1- Where is my order?

Please be aware that it my take one business day for your order to be processed and we only ship on business days. If you have a specific question about your order, please Send us a Message and include your order number. 

 

2- How do I get tracking information?

You can check Your Orders in your account page and also Send us a Message or call us at +1 (407) 801 - 0080, don't forget to include your order number.

 

3- Why am I being charged for shipping?

Shipping is always free on order over $99. For orders under $99, the cost for shipping is based on UPS and USPS rates. During the checkout you will have the option to select the rate and delivery time of your preference. For more details check our Shipping Policy

 

4- How long does it take to ship my package?

After the order is processed, the shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business day depending on where you are located, as we ship from the state of Florida. However, you will be able to selct the delivery time of your preference.  

 

5- Where is my refund?

Refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear in your bank statement, it depends of your bank as we processed refunds immediatley. For more information about your returns see  our Returns Policy, check Your Account or Contact Us

 

6- Is shipping available oversea?

At this time we only ship with in the United States. We do offer an option to Brazil with a partner company, shipping a limited size box for a fee of $99.  Some exclusion may apply to certain products. Please contact  our Customer Service dor details. 

 

8- Where can I change my information?

You can see and edit all your information in Your Account. But if you need to do changes in your shipping address after a purchase, please Contact Us as soon as possible.
