Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $99, delivering to the 48 Contiguous United States. For orders under $99, the cost for shipping is based on UPS and USPS rates.

Shipping Information & Rates
  •  All of our orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. During the checkout, you will have the opportunity to select the shipping method with the delivery time and cost of your preference
  • Oversized items will be charged a handling fee of $99.
  • Please call for rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other out of continental US, or you will be notified of any additional shipping charges after purchase has been made.
  • Orders are usually shipped in approximately with 1 business day of order receipt.
  • Orders containing more than one item may be shipped in multiple packages and may beshipped on different days.
  • Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
  • If your purchase items are not available anymore by the time your order has been processed, you will be contacted by our customer service.
International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not ship Internationally. However, if you really want something shipped internationally, we can handle this on an order by order basis. For more info, please contact our customer service by phone or email.

Returns Policy

You can exchange or return your item anytime from the original purchase date within 30 days if:

  • Original receipt is provided;
  • Item(s) are new, unopened and in original packaging;
  • With 30 days of original purchase date;
  • Gift items must include gift receipt. Any refund will be given in the form of a gift card.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Clearance items (All sales are final on clearance items);
  • As-is items;
  • Floor models;
  • Consumable items such as food, drink and batteries;
  • Items damaged or abused;
  • Items missing any accessories
  • Opened items;
  • All lotions and shampoo products;
  • Products shipped outside of the United States.
Shipping Charge Policy on Refunds and Exchanges

Delivery, packaging, and shipping charges are not refundable. Additional shipping charges may be assessed on replacement items unless the exchange is for the replacement of a defective product being returned according to our Exchange and Return Period policy, provided that the same product is re-shipped.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final and may not be redeemed for cash.

Coordinate a Return

Please contact Customer Service to assist with your return prior to shipping your package back to us. This will help ensure that your return will be authorized for a refund.

Refund Method

Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase method. It can take up to 5 business days to appear in yout bank statement.  We reserve the right to deny any return.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Once an item is removed from the packaging, the item must be handled through the manufacturer, according to federal law. Maintain your receipt and contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues.
